Your Rights as a Client

As a client of Her Season Psychology, you have the right to:

  1. Be treated with respect and dignity

  2. Receive services free from discrimination

  3. Have your cultural background, values, and beliefs respected

  4. Be provided with a clear explanation of the services you will receive

  5. Understand confidentiality of your sessions and any legal limits to confidentiality

  6. Receive a clear statement of fees before services begin 

  7. Be actively involved in setting goals for therapy

  8. Ask questions about the therapy process at any time

  9. Provide feedback about your experience
