Perimenopause, Midlife & Beyond

Understanding the link between hormones and mental health, exploring the differences between menopausal depression and depression. Beyond physical change, many women experience shifts in mood, depression, anxiety, brain fog and sleep disturbance. You might also be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and confused. We provide support throughout this stage:

Perinatal Support

The perinatal period - spanning pregnancy and the first year after childbirth, is an exciting yet often overwhelming time. The physical and emotional changes that accompany pregnancy and childhood can bring up a complex mix of feelings. We aim to support these key areas:

  1. Navigating emotions and regulating mood

  2. Building confidence in motherhood

  3. Setting realistic goals

  4. Managing evolving relationship dynamics

Our Fees

The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $330 per psychology session in 2025/26.

We acknowledge the difficult economic conditions Australian’s are currently facing and have set our fees substantially lower.

Our fees are $205 for a 50 minute session.

With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, a Medicare rebate of $98.95 applies, resulting in an out of pocket cost of $106.05
