Understanding the link between hormones and mental health, exploring the differences between menopausal depression and depression. Perinatal Support
The perinatal period - spanning pregnancy and the first year after childbirth, is an exciting yet often overwhelming time. The physical and emotional changes that accompany pregnancy and childhood can bring up a complex mix of feelings. We aim to support these key areas:

Our Fees
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $330 per psychology session in 2025/26.
We acknowledge the difficult economic conditions Australian’s are currently facing and have set our fees substantially lower.
Our fees are $205 for a 50 minute session.
With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, a Medicare rebate of $98.95 applies, resulting in an out of pocket cost of $106.05
